With due respect, I have recently completed a postgraduate degree (MBA) from IBA-University of The Punjab, Lahore for the academic session 2017-2019 and Microsoft Office Specialist with more than 4 Years of experience as HR professional. During graduation, I have started my career as an HR Officer at National Communication Services (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. (Dunya Media Group)
I have also completed Summer Internships from Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) as well as Mott MacDonald Pakistan (MMP) Private Limited in 2016.
During my experience in HR, I have been working with the company very much in a hands-on role, Handling Database of employees with advanced excel as well as HRIS, Attendance System & Payroll Management System and working on strategies to enhance Human Resource.
In this organization, I use my professional skills for the growth of the company, also learning many new aspects of the management team, working closely with them on different projects (HR Audit & compliance, Development of HRIS, Reduce Absenteeism & Late-coming Employees and Downsizing etc.) also processing a monthly payroll.
• Looking after the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, hiring and onboarding) of 03 Business Units (Dunya TV, Lahore News & Roznama Dunya).• Schedule or assist in conducting new employee orientations & onboarding related paperwork.• Prepare monthly work force analysis report to determine the current and future staffing needs.• Monitoring the ongoing employees’ performance in accordance with the Performance Management Standards, to rewards & fines them accordingly.• Training & Development: Training of new joiners and existing employees in coordination with line managers.• Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, transfers, or promotions, using HRIS.• Verify attendance & keep track of leaves, overtime, late coming, absenteeism for employees to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salaries of employees & outsourced staff.• Correspondence and execution of policy against Surveillance Observations and sending notices to employees to meet the legal requirements with execution of fines and other disciplinary actions.• Making Final Settlements of all leaving employees.• Conducting Inquiries and preparing Inquiry Reports.• To prepare analytical presentations vis a vis employee monitoring report, attendance trends, turnover, time keeping etc.• Liaison with legal advisors.
• To Process Employee cards.• To Register Employee Bio-metric Attendance and issuance of Access cards.• To Complete and update employee file record.• Uploading & maintaining employee's credentials in HRIS.• Preparing and signing contracts with newly inducted resources.• To Process visiting cards.• Handling queries from within and outside organization.• Obtaining Duty Rosters.• Shift management of employees.• E-mails regarding late comers, absent employees, incomplete working hours, missing IN & Out.• Processing of leave applications & maintenance of leave record.• Looking after the attendance of all staff including Head Office & Bureaus and to coordinate with concerned in case of any ambiguity.• Dealing with employees regarding their attendance & leaves issues.• Providing different qualitative & quantitative analysis over attendance and leave status of all the staff members; as & when required by the management.• Preparation of Payroll Reports.• Handling queries from within and outside organization.• Making Final Settlements of all leaving employees.
